By using this website or the Nest Wars Social Manager, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose

Nest Wars provides authentic wildlife documentary information and a creator-controlled desktop application for organizing and publishing content through authorized social-media accounts.

2. Authorized use

You may use the Social Manager only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only for media you own or have permission to publish. You must comply with applicable laws, copyright rules, wildlife-protection requirements, and each connected platform's policies.

3. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your computer, platform accounts, access tokens, client secrets, and local application files. Do not share credentials publicly or include them in public repositories.

4. Creator review and control

The creator is responsible for reviewing titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, scheduled times, privacy settings, and selected media before publishing. Automated or AI-assisted suggestions may contain errors and must be reviewed before use.

5. Prohibited activity

• Publishing content without permission.
• Misrepresenting generated, staged, or edited content as authentic wildlife.
• Using the service to harass, deceive, spam, or violate platform rules.
• Attempting to bypass authorization, rate limits, security controls, or platform review.

6. Third-party platforms

Connected services are operated by independent third parties. Their availability, APIs, permissions, review processes, rate limits, and publishing rules may change. Nest Wars does not control those services and cannot guarantee that a platform will approve, accept, retain, distribute, or monetize any content.

7. Availability

The website and application are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, suspended, or removed to address technical, security, legal, or platform-policy changes.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, platform approval, audience reach, revenue, or data preservation. Users remain responsible for maintaining backups and verifying publishing results.

9. Intellectual property

Nest Wars branding, original documentary footage, narration, graphics, and application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
